We have had our first school council meeting of the year. We had a great discussion on what we would like to see happen in school this year and we had lots of great ideas. First up on the agenda is helping out with the Macmillan coffee event next week!
Neptune had great fun using hot glue guns to make chassis for their cars in DT.
Year 2 have been working on their footwork in PE.
Earth have had a lovely afternoon exploring tones and shades in art!
Mars had a great time hunting for blackberry’s around the school site. We then practised our cutting skills to slice up some apples to add to our crumble mix. It was so much fun mixing the ingredients with our hands. The crumble was delicious!
Neptune has lots of fun practising their basketball skills this week. They explored throwing and catching the ball to their team mates.
Earth have settled very well into KS2 life. We have been learning new routines making new friends and have had lots of fun. We are all super excited to see what this year brings!
