Venus practise mindfulness…

Venus found peace and calm in the woods this week. After finding a quiet and comfortable spot we listened to what we could hear around us, thought about how the ground felt below us and allowed our bodies to relax. We then practised our deep breathing and thought about when this could help us throughout the day. Later we built nests for Dante the dove, thinking about how we could make them safe and comfortable.
